To ensure a high-quality experience for all users, we require that all listings include a high-definition (HD) cover photo. Listings that fail to meet this criterion are subject to removal or rejection at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

9. Payment Schedule
Payments for listings are due at the time of submission. Advertisements must be paid for in advanceising agreement.
10. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for listings that are removed or rejected due to non-compliance with our photo requirement. For advertisements, refunds are available within the first 7 days of the live ad, provided no claims of service have been made.
11. Cancellation
You may cancel your listing or advertisement at any time. However, refunds are not available after the respective refund periods mentioned above.
12. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify the pricing of our listings and advertisements without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on our website and communicated to our users.
User Account Terms
13. Account Creation
Users must create an account to list a business or service on DallasBlackBook.com. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each user is allowed one account only.
14. Account Responsibilities

You may not use your account to upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, infringing upon intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties.
16. Account Termination
DallasBlackBook.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete. We may also terminate accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time.
